Returns & Exchanges
Our Promise
We want you to love your puzzle. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Below is our policy for returns, refunds, and replacements.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To qualify:
- The puzzle must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must include the original order number or proof of purchase.
- The prepaid return label must be used (see below).
Return shipping is on us.
A prepaid return label is included in your original shipment. Just reuse the original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off with the specified carrier.
If you no longer have your label, email support@quitepuzzling.nyc and we’ll send you a new one.
To start a return, email support@quitepuzzling.nyc with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm eligibility and next steps.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you and process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping costs (what you paid for us to ship it to you) are refundable only if the item was defective or incorrect.
If your order was a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Damaged or Missing Pieces
If your puzzle arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing pieces, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@quitepuzzling.nyc and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue (if applicable)
We’ll send a replacement puzzle or missing piece kit at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Opened or partially assembled puzzles
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom or limited-edition puzzles

Exchanges
Want a different design instead?
Email support@quitepuzzling.nyc. We’ll set up the return with the prepaid label, and once the original item is received, we’ll ship your new choice.

Shipping Returns
Just pack the puzzle back in the original box it came in, put on the prepaid return label we provided, and hand it to the carrier on the label.
If you misplaced the label, email us and we’ll generate a new one for you.
